How much does the electrical module cost?

If I have an electrical issue, who do I call?

 For electrical issues, please contact your electrical engineer.  

Do I have to make drastic electrical changes?

You do not need to make drastic electrical changes, the products just need to be installed into your home. As this is no touch system the use of switches is eradicated, so you do make savings from your electrician. 

Can I make a routine upon request?

Yes you can, if we are able to do so, we will definitely try our best, however there is always the possibility that we are unable to create the specific routine you want. 

I work night shifts how will this work for me?

During the initial consultation we learn about your and your routines and propose  customised routines  to work around you and your schedule. 

Can this work for me and my partner who have different schedules?

During the initial consultation  we learn about you and your partner and their routines so we can create a smart home that suits both of you. By being transparent with us about your day to day routine we're able to suggest how we can customise routines to suit you. 

What is the return and exchange policy?

At each stage of the process, you're able to stop, and we will charge you for the work we've done. In terms of exchanging products, you're able to exchange products however you will be charged for the programming of the new product. 

Is there a warranty for the module products?

The module products of your choosing come with their own specific warranty. For example if you'd chosen to automated your spaces with premium speakers such as Sonos Speakers their manufacture warranty  is 2 years.

Do I have to be based in the UK to buy the product?

Currently we are UK based, but are looking expand worldwide over time 

Do you supply this product nationwide or is it just London based?

Currently we are taking on London based projects, however we are looking to expand our services nationwide in the upcoming future.
