Your hub is safe and protected by passwords to keep your information safe. The hub is separate  from your router. 

If you connect your systems to an Alexa or google and if someone did get a hold on your passwords for those accounts they would be able to exploit that. But they would not have access to your hub they would only have access to the part of thr routine your Alexa is connected for.

This is possible but we only access your hub when you ask us to, we do this with only your permission. We do this through secure VPN tunnelling .

No unlike other apps where you have to download different programmes which require you giving them access to your home. Which could lead to third party issues where someone can access your details. This is eliminated by the centralised AutoOpti hub. Since all your modules work from a centralised hub, you don't need to give access to third party apps to your information.
